If you are anything like me, you will do all you can to avoid having to visit the doctor. My name is Francis and I live alone in a small apartment in Sydney, Australia. Last year, I finally decided to go and see my GP about a pain in my back. While I was there, the doctor also measured my height and weight. She was really friendly and explained that she thought the back pain may be a result of bad posture. I received a referral for treatment and I since receiving this, I have felt much better.
